OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Sales Executive and business unit. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration.

You will play a key role in streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate data, assisting with client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Executive and business unit
  • Assist in tracking sales activities, updating reports, and maintaining accurate records
  • Help coordinate client communications and follow-ups

Data & Documentation Management

  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and sales reports
  • Keep online records and internal documentation up-to-date
  • Organize and maintain files, contracts, and office records

Operational Coordination

  • Support workflow coordination for department projects
  • Assist in preparing documents and materials for internal and external use
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures and reference materials

Facilities & General Support

  • Coordinate resources and materials needed by the department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and work standards
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Open to Fresh Graduates (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Previous internship or admin experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
