We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a SAP PP Lead / Analyst to support and scale North American manufacturing operations while playing a key role in a broader global ERP and SAP S/4 transformation. This is a newly created position with immediate impact and long-term leadership growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support SAP PP functionality for North America manufacturing sites with strong hands-on involvement

  • Own production planning processes, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and shop floor integration

  • Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate integration with engineering drawings and operational requirements

  • Drive automation initiatives, including MES / MII enablement and shop floor digitalization

  • Support global ERP consolidation efforts and contribute to SAP S/4 HANA transformation initiatives

  • Serve as the primary SAP PP point of contact, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP (MM, IM, QM) and non-SAP systems

  • Work closely with global stakeholders across North America, Germany, Singapore, and Manila

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on SAP PP experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Deep expertise with BOMs, routings, production versions, and shop floor integration

  • Experience integrating PP with MM / IM / QM (preferred)

  • Exposure to MES / MII or shop floor automation initiatives

  • Experience supporting global ERP rollouts, consolidations, or transformations a plus

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across global, cross-functional teams

Compensation

  • $170K base salary
